1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms are subject to modification at the sole discretion of Glamping Holding sro (hereafter referred to as “Glampinski” or the “Company”) and form an integral part of the Glampinski Member Agreement (referred to throughout as the “Agreement”).

This Agreement defines, governs, and supports the business and ethical relationship between Glampinski and its Members. Every Member is expected to carefully read, understand, and comply with this Agreement prior to participating in any activities related to the Glampinski ecosystem. Compliance includes both the spirit and the practical application of the rules herein.

The Glampinski model operates on a peer-to-peer and referral-based framework, where Members promote the use of Glampinski-managed luxury eco-resorts, curated experiences, and shared usage rights of tiny homes and cabins. This is conducted entirely through digital tools and platforms. No physical retail space is required, and interactions take place via online referrals, presentations, and platform-facilitated bookings.

The strength of this model lies in its commitment to independence, ethical conduct, and mutual success. While Members enjoy flexibility and autonomy, they also take on the responsibility of upholding the standards of the Glampinski brand and community. High standards of integrity and professionalism are essential to ensure a strong collective reputation.

By agreeing to these Terms, each Member explicitly consents to future amendments or updates, which may be made at the discretion of Glampinski and will be communicated via the Member Dashboard. Continued activity within the platform, including accessing rewards or referring new Members, constitutes acceptance of any such updates.

This Agreement, together with the Glampinski Privacy Policy and Compensation Structure, constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and its Members.

For any clarification, Members should first contact their Host (referrer), or reach out directly to Glampinski Member Support through the platform dashboard.

  • Subscribe to a Glampinski membership product or service package.

Glampinski Members operate as independent participants. They are not franchise holders, employees, or representatives of Glampinski. Each Member must register by completing a proper KYC (Know Your Customer) process and creating an account using a valid email address and a secure password. Upon successful registration, the Member is assigned a unique Member ID. Hosting Responsibilities

When hosting new Members, all representations about Glampinski offerings, rewards, and hosting benefits must be made honestly and transparently. Members may not attempt to recruit individuals already registered with Glampinski, nor may they encourage others to switch hosts unless the person is clearly unassociated or inactive.

From both an ethical and operational perspective, Glampinski strongly discourages and may penalize any attempt to manipulate the hosting structure or redirect existing Members into a new line of referral.

International Hosting Policy

To ensure equal opportunity, Members may only host or promote Glampinski in countries where Glampinski is officially operating. New Operating markets will be communicated from time to time and list of operating ones can be found during signup process. • Internet domain names containing the word "Glampinski" or variations thereof (e.g., glampinskiresort.com, liveglampinski.net).
  • Social media usernames, pages, or handles that suggest official affiliation (e.g., @glampinski_global, GlampinskiEurope, GlampinskiTopLeader).

This includes intentional misspellings, brand derivatives, or combinations that could reasonably be interpreted as representing Glampinski corporate channels.

Permitted Usage

Members are encouraged to promote their Glampinski business using the referral links, landing pages, and marketing assets provided via the official Member Dashboard. These tools are designed to maintain brand consistency while allowing for personal promotion.

Where permitted, personal sites or email communications must:

When referencing the brand in writing or in speech, Members should use approved formats such as:

  • Avoid content that could damage the Company’s reputation or mislead the public.

Content must include clear disclaimers where required, and must comply with the advertising and communications laws of the Member’s jurisdiction.

8. CROSS-HOSTING

Cross-hosting undermines the ethical framework and structural stability of Glampinski’s Member community and is therefore strictly prohibited.

Definition of Cross-Hosting

Cross-hosting refers to the act of:

  • Hosting a person who is already an active Glampinski Member, or
  • Attempting to move a Member from one Host to another within the Company without following official rehosting procedures.

This includes any attempts made directly, indirectly, or through third parties, and applies regardless of the name, identity, or account used.

Examples include:

  • Enrolling an existing Member using a different name, account, or email
  • Encouraging a Member to create a second account under a different Host
  • Offering incentives to switch Hosts

Consequences of Cross-Hosting

If cross-hosting is identified:

  • The cross-hosted Member may be returned to their original Host.
  • The offending Member may be suspended, lose access to rewards, or be terminated.
  • The Company may reassign or restructure part or all of the Community involved, at its sole discretion.

Reporting Cross-Hosting

Members are encouraged to report any suspected cross-hosting immediately via the Member Dashboard. Reports should include as much detail as possible to enable a fair and prompt investigation.

Ethical Hosting Practice

Every prospective Member has the unrestricted right to choose their Host at the time of registration. Once a Member is hosted, their hosting line becomes permanent unless a legitimate Change of Host request is approved by Glampinski.

Members should not:

  • Publicly or privately solicit individuals who are already part of Glampinski
  • Defame, criticize, or discredit another Host or their Community to induce switching
  • Use influence, misleading information, or incentives to rehost others

Glampinski upholds ethical growth and transparency. Attempts to bypass these principles by manipulating the hosting structure will be met with serious consequences to protect the integrity of all Members.

9. CHANGE OF HOST

Glampinski is committed to protecting the integrity of its Member network and community structure. As such, changes to a Member’s Host (also referred to as a rehosting) are strongly discouraged and will be permitted only in exceptional and justified cases.

General Policy

Members are expected to build long-term, professional relationships with their original Host. Changes to the hosting line can affect the structure, rewards, and motivation of the wider network and are therefore subject to strict review and company approval.

Permissible Grounds for Rehosting

A Member may request to change their Host only under the following circumstances:

  • Erroneous hosting due to a technical malfunction or platform bug during registration
  • Unethical or misleading conduct by the current Host at the time of enrollment
  • Mistaken identity or misrepresentation where the Member believed they were being hosted by another person
  • Fraudulent behavior that can be substantiated with evidence

Request Procedure

To initiate a request for rehosting, the Member must:

  1. Submit a written request through the Glampinski Member Dashboard
  2. Attach supporting documentation, including a notarized ID and if necessary, evidence of misrepresentation or misconduct
  3. Provide a detailed explanation of the situation, submitted personally (not via intermediaries) from their registered email

Glampinski reserves the right to reject the request without providing specific reasons, especially if insufficient documentation is provided.

Review Process

  • The request will be reviewed by Glampinski’s internal compliance team and, if escalated, by the Board of Directors.
  • The standard evaluation period is up to 90 days from the date of complete submission.
  • If approved, the rehosting will be processed with appropriate adjustments to the Member’s structure and rewards.

If a rehosting request includes downline Members, written, notarized consent from each affected downline Member must also be submitted. A processing fee of 100 USDT per Member applies to all reassignments.

Unauthorized Hosting Transfers

If a Member is found to have created multiple accounts, misrepresented their identity, or been rehosted improperly without following this procedure:

  • The second account may be suspended or terminated
  • All rewards and structure will revert to the original Host
  • Repeat offenders will face immediate termination of all associated accounts

Waiver of Claims

All Members waive any future claims related to hosting changes or disputes once a final decision is issued by Glampinski. Any reassignment or structural adjustment made by the Company is binding and final.

10. CANCELLATION AND REAPPLICATION

Voluntary Cancellation

A Member has the right to cancel their Glampinski Membership at any time and for any reason by submitting a formal request via the Glampinski Member Dashboard or in writing to the Glampinski Support Team. Cancellation is effective upon receipt and confirmation by the Company.

A Member who voluntarily cancels their Membership forfeits:

  • Access to the Member Dashboard
  • All accumulated rewards, points, or benefits
  • Rights to their Community (Downline)
  • Any current or future event invitations or promotional offers

Upon cancellation, the structure (Community) will be transferred upward to the next eligible Host within the original hosting line.

Involuntary Cancellation (Non-Renewal or Breach)

Membership may also be canceled if:

  • The Member fails to renew their monthly or annual subscription
  • The Member is found in violation of Glampinski’s Terms and Conditions, including any ethical, promotional, or legal misconduct
  • The Member is inactive (no product use, no engagement, no hosting) for a continuous period of 12 months

In such cases, cancellation will be considered involuntary and initiated by the Company. The Member will be notified of the cancellation via email, and their account will be deactivated.

Reapplication After Cancellation

If a Member wishes to rejoin Glampinski after cancellation:

  • A 12-month cooling-off period must pass from the date of cancellation
  • The reapplicant may join under a new Host, but their previous Community and rewards cannot be reclaimed
  • The rejoining process requires the creation of a new profile and acceptance of the latest Terms and Conditions

In exceptional cases (e.g. technical or administrative error), the 12-month period may be waived at the Company’s discretion. Such requests must be submitted in writing with full documentation.

Rejoining After Involuntary Termination

Members terminated due to ethical violations, fraud, or abuse of the system are not eligible for reapplication unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Glampinski Compliance Department.

Any Member found to have circumvented these rules (e.g., by using another person’s identity or creating duplicate accounts) will face immediate and permanent banishment from the platform.

Obligations After Cancellation

Within 48 hours of cancellation, the former Member must:

  • Remove all references to Glampinski from their online profiles, social media, websites, and marketing material
  • Cease any use of Glampinski trademarks, product names, or brand identity
  • Disclose in public forums (e.g., Facebook, Telegram) that they are no longer an active Glampinski Member if previously advertised as such

The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual misrepresenting themselves as an active Member after cancellation.

11. TESTIMONIALS AND STATEMENTS

Authorization for Use of Testimonials and Images

By accepting membership with Glampinski, Members grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use their name, photo, likeness, voice, written or video testimonials, and any public statements for marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes, without additional compensation.

  • Printed promotional materials
  • Digital marketing (e.g. email, social, web)
  • Public recognition campaigns
  • Internal presentations or training content

Glampinski reserves the right to edit content for length, clarity, and legal compliance while preserving the intent and authenticity of the Member’s statement.

Voluntary Submissions

Members are encouraged to share their Glampinski stories, including photographs and quotes, by submitting them via the Member Dashboard or directly to the Glampinski Support Team.

Members must never use photos of luxury lifestyles (cars, private jets, mansions, etc.) to imply income performance or affiliation, unless it reflects a verifiable, compliant achievement officially recognized by Glampinski.

Statements of Responsibility

Each Member is fully responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of any statement they make regarding Glampinski
  • Ensuring all claims are fact-based, ethical, and aligned with brand policy
  • Indemnifying Glampinski from liability resulting from misleading or unauthorized claims

Violations of these rules may result in disciplinary action up to and including suspension or termination of Membership, forfeiture of commissions, and legal action if reputational damage occurs.

Only active Members in good standing may organize events. Glampinski does not act as a party to venue contracts, and all event-related agreements (venue, catering, logistics) are the sole responsibility of the organizing Member.

13. PARTICIPATION IN OTHER NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

General Principles

The Glampinski Member Plan is structured around the promotion and sale of official Glampinski products and services. No rewards or commissions shall be paid to any Member exclusively for recruitment purposes or for the act of bringing in new Members. All product and service orders must be made through the official Glampinski Member Dashboard.

  • Members may not stockpile, resell, or transfer Glampinski products to others for profit outside of the approved ecosystem.
  • All purchases are tracked and authenticated via digital receipts
  • Orders must reflect actual customer or Member purchase and use—not inflated for rank qualification purposes.

Personal and Group Sales Requirements

To qualify for commissions and rank advancements:

  • Members must meet Personal Sales Volume (PSV) and Group Volume (GV) requirements, as outlined in the “Glampinski International Member Plan”, detailed described at section 20 of this agreement.
  • Personal Sales Volume includes a Member’s own purchases and those of personally referred customers.
  • Group Volume includes the sum of the volume ( CV’s ) generated by a Member’s direct and indirect downline customers and members.

Prohibited Sales Practices

Members may not:

  • Sell Glampinski products or promote the business opportunity through online marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Craigslist, or any other auction or classified site.

  • Sharing login credentials or crypto access for transactional purposes.

All payments are processed in euros (EUR). When using cryptocurrency, currency conversion will apply at the real-time exchange rate at the moment of checkout.

Order Transparency

Each transaction generates:

  • A detailed digital receipt stored in the Member’s Dashboard.

Members must not manipulate order amounts to qualify for rewards, bonuses, or events in ways that do not reflect genuine intent to use or promote products.

Shipping and Delivery

  • If and when physical products are offered, Glampinski will ensure timely delivery using its designated logistics providers.
  • The expected delivery timelines and associated costs will be clearly disclosed during checkout.
  • Members must provide accurate shipping information and are responsible for reviewing order confirmations.

Chargebacks and Penalties

If a Member initiates a payment reversal or chargeback (crypto or card), Glampinski reserves the right to:

  • Immediately suspend the Member’s account pending investigation.
  • Deduct any bonuses or rewards paid from that transaction in full.
  • Terminate the Member’s contract in cases of repeat or fraudulent activity.
